This coffee is a single origin from Costa Rica, specifically from the Los Santos region in Dota. It is grown at 1,850-1,900 meters altitude on El Encanto farm, operated by Rolando Fonseca and his father Higinio as part of the Coopedota R.L. cooperative. The coffee is processed using a semi-washed method and the beans are the Esperanza variety. The flavor profile features notes of blueberry, apricot, and bergamot.
