Thiririka AB is a Kenyan coffee produced by smallholder farmers associated with the Githembe, Kiganjo, and Ndundu factories. The cherries are meticulously sorted and graded in channels before being dried on raised beds. This coffee offers a bright flavor profile characterized by berry notes, sweet vanilla, and balanced, pie-like qualities. It is a sweet and drinkable coffee suitable for both filter brewing and espresso.
