Tinamit is a washed coffee from the Tinamit Tolimán Agricultural Cooperative in San Lucas Tolimán, Guatemala. The 26-member cooperative of Kaqchikel coffee growers hand-picks each harvest and brings cherries to the mill the same day. Beans are carefully sorted, depulped, and sun-dried for 5-6 days. The coffee offers vibrant red-purple fruit sweetness with a delicate rose aroma and luxurious fudgy mouthfeel.
