This coffee is produced by a small number of farmers in Planadas and Neiva in the Tolima department of Colombia. The farms participate in the Tolima Grande Organic program, which promotes sustainable coffee farming through organic practices. The coffee cherries are de-pulped and fermented under anaerobic conditions for 60 hours, then washed to remove mucilage, and sun-dried on concrete patios for 8 days. This meticulous process creates exceptional quality and unique flavour profiles. The coffee is sold as ten home compostable pods compatible with Nespresso® coffee machines.
