Trigonometry is a blend built on Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Santa Rosa in Soledade de Minas, featuring pulped natural Catuai with a smooth, chocolatey body and soft fruit undertones. Ethiopian components from Daye Bensa in Sidama include a naturally processed coffee with notes of ripe mango, blueberry, and raspberry, and a washed lot that adds floral highlights and clean citrus. The blend offers delicate fruity notes of blueberry and raisin complemented by milk chocolate and digestive ginger sweetness, designed to work across brew methods as both filter and espresso.
