About This Coffee

This blend combines coffees from Colombia, Costa Rica, and Honduras. The Colombian component is from Racafe & CIA. S.C.A., washed processed at 1100+ meters altitude with an SCA score of 83. The Costa Rican coffee is from Coope Dota, honey processed at 1500-1800 meters altitude with an SCA score of 84. The Honduran component is washed processed at 1530-1690 meters altitude with an SCA score of 83, featuring Paraneima, Pacas, Catuai, IHCAFE90, and Typica varieties. Medium bodied with an initial hit of green apple that opens into raisin sweetness, with hints of caramel and honeysuckle. This coffee won a Great Taste 2025 award.
