A honey processed single-origin coffee from Udaigiri Estate in Chikmagalur, India, grown at 1250 MASL. Produced by Pratheek Kumar, the coffee features SL9 and S795 varieties. Cherries were fermented in an open environment for 48 hours, then pulped to retain a specific amount of mucilage and dried on raised beds for 22 days. Light roasted, with tasting notes of stone fruit, red apple, and malt.
