This coffee is from the Rwenzori Mountains region of Uganda, produced by Bukonzo Organic Farmers' Co-operative Union. The coffee is grown at 1900-2100 meters above sea level and consists of SL-14 and SL-28 varieties. It is fully washed processed, with cherries fermented without water for approximately 24 hours before washing and sun-drying on raised beds followed by shade drying. The coffee features flavor notes of citrus, caramel, berries, and tropical candy. Harvested from October to February, this organic certified coffee is grown using sustainable practices with organic fertilizers and intercropping methods.
