Single-origin coffee from Sipi Falls in Kapchorwa District, Uganda, sourced from producers organized around Sipi Falls Wet Mill at 1800 meters elevation. This washed coffee features Bourbon, SL14, SL28, and Blue Mountain varieties. The cup presents full blueberry aroma with notes of blackberry, floral sage, and a sweet-tart finish with lemon. Full-bodied with tea-like characteristics.
