This coffee is grown in the Ugandan mountains near the village of Zebigi at an altitude of 1800-2200 meters. It is a blend of SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties, processed by the Coffee Gardens station using a washed method that includes a pre-wash, a 40-hour fermentation, and a long soak in cold mountain spring water. The flavor profile features notes of chamomile tea, lemon, and hazelnut cream. This coffee is suitable for all filter brewing methods.
