This coffee is sourced from the Upper Bukyabo region in Uganda, processed by the Coffee Gardens station at an altitude of 1800-2200 meters. It is a washed coffee featuring a blend of SL14, SL28, and Nyasaland varieties. The processing involves pulping, a pre-wash, a long soak in cold mountain spring water, and a forty-hour fermentation period before a final wash. The beans are meticulously sorted at 12 different stages to ensure high quality.
