The coffee is roasted to a light-medium level and features notes of jasmine blossom, raspberry pound cake, and sugarcane juice. The blend is described as floral, fruit-forward, delicately sweet, clean, and full of nuance with 0.01% caffeine content.
Jaho Coffee Roasters was founded in 2005 by Anil Mezini, with its roastery based in Salem, Massachusetts.
