The Catuai variety is processed using a Red Honey method, which imparts slightly sweeter, more intense flavours and a richer mouthfeel compared to Yellow Honey processing. Roasted light to highlight the process and origin characteristics. Tasting notes include mango, hibiscus, and butterscotch. Recommended as a filter coffee.
