Grown at 600 meters altitude, this coffee undergoes an anaerobic natural process: dry-fermented for 120 hours in airtight PE bags, then dried for 30 days on raised beds in the shade. The result is a light espresso roast with a syrupy body, exceptional sweetness, and a long-lasting aftertaste. Flavor notes include licorice root (Süßholz), Parmesan, and Suit Lemon.
