This single-origin Ethiopian coffee is from the Guji region, specifically from the Wachile Garse processing station built in 2011. Coffee cherries are sourced from 110 producing members in the neighboring villages of Washile and Garse. The coffee is naturally processed using raised beds where ripe cherries are hand-sorted and slowly fermented in the sun. The heirloom variety is grown at 2060 meters above sea level and harvested in January 2025. The coffee offers a creamy and sweet profile with notes of strawberry jam and chamomile tea. Roasted for espresso.
A Gothenburg roastery founded in 2018 by experienced coffee professionals, focused on collaboration and showcasing the work of coffee producers worldwide.
