This coffee is from the Wanoja Coffee Farmers Group located at Mount Kamojang in West Java, Indonesia. Grown at an altitude of 1500-1700 meters above sea level, this natural process coffee features tasting notes of blackberry juice, orange, soft spices, and cacao nibs. The beans are light roasted and have a medium body.
DUA DC opened in September 2019 as the first Indonesian specialty coffee shop in Washington, D.C. The name comes from an Arabic word meaning a wish or prayer. The woman owned cafe specializes in single origin Indonesian beans, offering drinks like the signature Klavee, a combination of coconut water and espresso.
