This coffee is a Washed AA lot from the Gachatha Farmers Co-operative in Nyeri, Kenya, grown at 1,800–1,900 meters altitude. It is processed using washed method with dry fermentation, density grading, and slow drying on raised beds. The varieties include SL28, SL34, Ruiru 11, and Batian. The cup profile features purple florals with blackcurrants, blackberries, and apricot juice, leading to a complex and lingering finish.
