This single-origin coffee is produced by Mensur Aba Hika in the Jimma Zone, Oromia Region, Ethiopia at 2000 meters altitude. The variety is JARC 74110, processed using the washed method. Mensur is a central member of the Tokuma Farmer Group, a collaborative group sharing knowledge for quality improvement. The coffee features white floral aroma with rich caramel sweetness, banana bread, blueberry, and a long oolong tea finish. Mensur is a pioneer in direct-to-market sales following Ethiopian coffee reforms.
