This coffee is a blend of three legendary beans: Brazil Yellow Bourbon, Sumatra Lake Tawar, and Ethiopian Natural. Each component is roasted separately using a peak of flavor method and then expertly blended. The coffee is medium roasted, washed processed, with a flavor profile that includes sweet dark chocolate, orange citrus, wine-like berry, and spice, having a rich and syrupy body.
