Lost Coffee was founded in 2010 by Scott Gaerte as a food truck in Castle Rock, Colorado, expanding into a permanent location within the first year. The company now operates five retail locations across Castle Rock, Aurora, Littleton, and Highlands Ranch, with a dedicated roasting facility in Littleton housing a Diedrich IR 12 visible to customers.
