About This Coffee

Wild Cowboy Kaffee is an Arabica blend composed of 70% Brazilian Arabica and 30% Arabica from Uganda. It is a low-acid, stone-free blend roasted using a traditional long-duration drum roasting process. The cup offers notes of cocoa, dark chocolate, tonka bean, brown sugar, roasted hazelnut, and wild berries. It is particularly recommended for preparation in a stovetop moka pot.

Blank Roast

Blank Roast is a coffee manufactory nestled in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, right on Germany's famous Wine Route — an unusual but fitting location for a roaster that draws on terroir-thinking. Master roaster Holger K. Blank has been at the helm since 2007, using a beautifully restored 1930s roasting machine fitted with modern controls. His unique approach includes adding organic grapevines from the surrounding region during the roasting process, which adds moisture and coaxes out extra aroma from the beans. The result is a distinctly smooth, aromatic cup with notes of vanilla, almond, and cinnamon developed during the 15-to-20-minute slow roast. Customers can watch the entire roasting process from their café seats while enjoying breakfast and freshly brewed coffee — a true sensory experience.
