A natural-processed single origin from Fazenda Capim Branco, owned by the Andrade brothers, located in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, at 1150 meters altitude. The coffee features the Yellow Catuaí variety and delivers a rich flavor profile with notes of dark chocolate, apricot, and ripe fruit. It has a full body and medium acidity, roasted light for espresso preparation.
