This single-origin Colombian coffee from Wilder Lazo's farm in the Huila region, Acevedo community, grows at 1800 meters elevation. The rare SL28 variety undergoes a distinctive natural anaerobic fermentation process involving 200 hours of agitation with mucilage, followed by 15-20 days of sun drying and 35 days of stabilization. This processing method brings out intense tropical fruit flavors alongside citrus and complex spice notes. The 2024 harvest coffee is recommended for filter brewing methods.
