Black and White Coffee Roasters

About This Coffee

This coffee is a Gesha variety from the Vista Al Bosque farm in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, grown at an altitude of 1900 meters. The coffee cherries are pulped and undergo 48 hours of aerobic fermentation before being sun-dried on raised beds for 10–12 days. This washed process results in a clean, classic cup with floral notes of white flowers, crisp citrus acidity reminiscent of Meyer lemon, and a flavor profile that sips like oolong tea with a lingering sweetness of turbinado sugar.
