This is a single-origin Colombian coffee from the San Augustin region, produced by Wilmer Galindez at 1950 meters above sea level. The Tabi variety is washed processed and was harvested in September 2025. The coffee offers a juicy and sweet profile with notes of kiwi, citrus, and caramel. Wilmer Galindez produces this coffee at his farm Napoles, which he cleared and planted with almost 7000 coffee trees after years of dedicated work.
