A washed Colombian Gesha coffee from producer Wilmer Moncayo, grown at high elevation in Colombia. This specialty coffee is selectively hand-harvested and traditionally washed with controlled fermentation before careful drying. The result is a beautifully balanced Gesha with prominent floral aromatics, notes of ripe peach and soft bergamot tea, and a clean, delicate finish with lifted acidity. It features a tea-like body and stone fruit sweetness, making it a limited-release high-elevation microlot.
