About This Coffee

A natural-processed coffee from the Alaka Korchema farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2100–2200 meters above sea level. Produced by Metad under a semi-forest cultivation system on a 200-hectare estate in the Hambela Wamena Woreda. Varieties include 74140, 74110, Heirloom, 74112, and 75227. Dried on traditional African raised beds for three to four weeks. Organically certified. Tasting notes of grape, caramel, red fruits, and flowers. Winner of the 2025 Spanish Roasters Competition.
