Wizard Cat Blend is a balanced espresso blend composed of equal parts Brazil Rio Brilhante, Peru Perales Huancaruna S.A.C., and Ethiopia Guji Natural (33.3% each). This medium roast features bright fruitiness balanced with milk chocolate notes and a berry aftertaste. The blend is designed for espresso but also makes a delicious cup of coffee.
Cerberus Coffee Co. was founded in 2019 by Cody and Tina in Jacksonville, Oregon, operating a 600 square foot café and micro bakery alongside a roastery in the Applegate Valley. The queer and BIPOC owned company sources Fair Trade coffee, consistently paying above minimums with transparent farmgate pricing, and established Southern Oregon's first co roasting programme allowing others to rent facility space. Their signature Wizard Cat espresso blend directs a portion of proceeds to trans and LGBTQI+ resources including Trans Lifeline. The micro bakery runs a stone deck oven producing vegan donuts, overnight focaccia, and seasonal quiches alongside the coffee programme.
