A natural-processed Nicaraguan coffee from the Jinotega region, specifically from the El Diablo Community Lot in the Datanlí-El Diablo nature reserve at 1,100–1,400 meters altitude. The coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties with a medium body and bright malic acidity. Tasting notes include praline, red fruit, s'mores, and chocolate with plummy sweetness. Easy-drinking and versatile, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing methods.
