This coffee is a single origin from Amatitlán, Guatemala, produced by Christian Starry at 1400-1500 meters elevation. It is a fully washed and patio dried coffee using Red & Yellow Bourbon and Typica varieties. The microlot was selectively harvested from a specific plot on the farm identified through cherry sweetness mapping using a brix meter. Tasting notes include green apple, sweet caramel, and honey. The coffee is stored in GrainPro packaging and represents the 16th year of direct trade relationship.
