Yellow Sudan Rume is a natural process coffee from Armenia, Quindío region in Colombia. The beans are sourced from Jardines del Edén farm, produced by Jairo Arcila at an altitude of 1400-1450 meters above sea level. This is a whole bean coffee with a natural processing method.
Daniel Borrás and Taylor Lafitte co founded Flow Coffee in Atlanta after meeting and working together in Argentina's specialty coffee scene. The micro roastery specializes exclusively in Colombian grown coffee, offering up to 15 different Colombian lots on a manual pour over brew bar. Flow operates as a pop up format at Cultured South Fermentation Co., with both founders maintaining full time positions at Perc Coffee alongside the venture.
