Yellow Sunset is a decaffeinated coffee from the El Vergel Estate in the Tolima region of Colombia, grown at 1450 meters. This Caturra variety coffee undergoes a natural anaerobic fermentation process followed by an ethyl acetate (EA) decaffeination method using sugar cane. The resulting cup is sweet and full-bodied, featuring flavor notes of dried plum, cocoa, nougat, nuts, passion fruit, coconut, strawberry, honey, and citrus.
