This single-origin Yemen lot is from Ghalib Al Hammasi in Wadi Sail (Haraz, Manakhah district, Sanaa Governorate) grown at 1,700–2,240 m. The Ja'adi variety was processed as an anaerobic natural and roasted light. Tasting notes include rose, cranberry, cassis, cherry liqueur and a subtle chocolate aftertaste, yielding bright acidity, stone-fruit character, and a clean, lingering sweetness.
