It features the Yemenia varietal — a distinct Coffea arabica mother population found exclusively in Yemen — and is processed using a carbonic maceration honey method by Qima Coffee. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing, this competition-series coffee scored 90.25 and exhibits floral, tea-like, and fruit-forward characteristics with tasting notes of cotton candy, pink berry, apricot, and orange blossom.
