This coffee is an Ethiopia Guji Uraga G1 grade coffee from the Guji region, processed at the More Floral (茉香柚) washing station in Uraga district. The coffee grows at an altitude of 1,850-2,400 meters and is made from the Kurume variety. It is processed using the washed method, where cherries are floated, pulped, and undergo 48-72 hours of slow natural fermentation before being dried for 15-20 days. The light roast brings out delicate floral notes with citrus and orange peel characteristics, accompanied by tropical fruit sweetness and honey-like sugar notes.
