This coffee is grown at 1330 meters at the Zuoyuan Estate on the eastern slopes of the Gaoligong Mountains in Baoshan, China. Located in the Nu River valley, the estate utilizes organic farming practices and spring water irrigation. The Zuoyuan Estate was the champion of the 2019 Yunnan Green Coffee Competition. This is a washed Catimor variety offering refined clarity with a delicate floral structure and smooth, caramel-led finish. The flavor profile includes tangerine, white floral, and caramel notes.
