About This Coffee

A naturally processed coffee from Ywangan, a town in the Shan State of Myanmar. Grown by smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,100 and 1,500 meters, this coffee is harvested between December and March. Varieties include Catuaí and S-795. The Mandalay Coffee Group (MCG) coordinates cherry collection and sun-drying on patios and raised beds. Roasted for filter, it offers aromas of dehydrated pineapple, white chocolate, and lemongrass, with a creamy body and exceptional clarity. Harvest year: 2020.
