ZENU is a naturally processed (sun-dried) coffee from the Jimma region in southwestern Ethiopia, specifically from the Jimma Agaro woreda. It features Ethiopian heirloom Arabica varieties grown at altitudes of 1,650–1,950 meters above sea level. The coffee is hand-picked and sun-dried, achieving a Q-grade of 82. It offers a sweet, intense aroma with chocolate notes, and a flavor profile characterized by slight acidity, floral notes, and nougat aromas. Available in a dark roast.
