Area 51 Coffee Roasters is a Greek specialty coffee project founded in 2016 and focuses on specialty-grade beans of unique geographic origin, selected for both espresso and filter brewing. Area 51 is a project built by experienced cup tasters and coffee professionals and promotes a scientific and quality-driven approach spanning green-coffee evaluation, roasting, and final cup preparation. Tasting their coffees on site at Lot 51 in Athens reinforced our confidence in their quality approach.
