Moonshine Coffee Roasters is a Taipei-based specialty coffee roastery focused on high-quality beans and careful small-batch roasting that aims to bring out clean, expressive flavours. The team is led by the experienced roaster and coffee competition coach Zenki Ho who founded the brand in 2018 and has since won the Hong Kong Brewers Cup, reflecting a serious skill in coffee. They roast with a Loring hot-air roaster, and their online store includes a range of house blends, seasonal micro-lot single origins, decafs and higher-end competition-level beans.
