A single origin coffee from the Kochere region of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, grown by regional family farms at an altitude of 1,800–2,000 meters above sea level. The higher altitude results in smaller, denser beans with a bright acidity. Processed using the fully washed method with an Heirloom varietal. Roasted to a medium light level with tasting notes of winey, orange peel, and jasmine.
