The Christmas Coffee 2025 from 19grams is a single origin coffee from Hacienda Sonora farm in Costa Rica, Central Valley region, grown at 1300m altitude. It features the Marsellesa variety processed naturally by drying the cherry with the fruit pulp intact for 15 days. The flavor profile includes notes of dried fig, candied orange, and brown sugar with a creamy, full-bodied finish. Available as whole beans or ground in espresso and filter roasts.
