Harvested in November 2021 and processed using a carbonic maceration natural method. Roasted light/medium and recommended for filter brewing. The Wush Wush variety — originally from Ethiopia — is known for its fruity, juice-like profile. Tasting notes include acai berry, blackberry, grape, raspberry, and lavender. Cup score: 90.25.
