This coffee is a single origin specialty from the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia, grown at 2,200 meters elevation. It is processed using the Dark Room Natural method, an experimental anaerobic natural process. The beans are from the 74158 variety, cultivated by producer Tamiru Tadesse through his Alo Coffee Export operation. The coffee presents tasting notes of honeysuckle, peach, and berries. Available in Filter or Espresso roast profiles.
