This is a single origin coffee from Alto Cielo Farm in La Pradera, Gigante, Huila, Colombia. Grown at 1,805 meters altitude by Luz Andrea Cabrera López, this coffee is naturally processed (bærtørket) using the Colombia variety. The farm spans 1.8 hectares with Taby and Geisha varieties also cultivated since 1998. The coffee offers tasting notes of rose petals, balsamic, and raspberry.
