An Arabica Anaerobic Natural microlot from BR Hills, Karnataka, India. Produced in collaboration with partner farmers Madevi, Madamma, Basavanna, and Madegowda, located within the BR Hills Tiger Reserve. The coffee undergoes an extended 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed, oxygen-free conditions with whole coffee cherries. The result is a jammy flavor profile with prominent ripe jackfruit notes. Recommended for pour over brewing.
