Produced in collaboration with partner farmers Madevi, Madamma, Basavanna, and Madegowda, located within the BR Hills Tiger Reserve. The coffee undergoes an extended 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in sealed, oxygen-free conditions with whole coffee cherries. The result is a jammy flavor profile with prominent ripe jackfruit notes. Recommended for pour over brewing.
