A natural-processed coffee from the Alto Cielo farm in La Pradera, Gigante, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1805 meters altitude by Luz Andrea Cabrera López. Produced on a 1.8-hectare family farm with third-generation coffee growers, the Colombia variety is hand-harvested between September and November. Cherries are float-sorted, fermented whole for up to 72 hours, then slowly dried under shade. Flavor notes include cherry, pineapple, cocoa, and a tart, winey character.
A Trondheim-based roastery founded in 2018 by industry veterans, focusing on showcasing the bean's origin by not letting the roast profile overpower its natural qualities.
