This Gesha coffee is produced by Andres Martinez from Cauca, Colombia at 1750 meters above sea level. It undergoes a semi-washed process with mixed fermentation, including a 48-hour fermentation with beer yeast followed by 24 hours in mucilage with the pulp attached. The beans are stirred every 3-4 hours for even fermentation, then dried in two stages over several weeks to reach 12% moisture. The coffee features pronounced floral aromatics of jasmine and lilac with flavor notes of loquat, fruit loops, peach, brown sugar, lavender, and apricot. It has a silky body with crisp, drying finish similar to jasmine green tea. Imported by Unblended Coffee.

Justin Enis founded Enjoy Coffee Roasters in 2015 in Providence, Rhode Island, after 15 years in the city's food and coffee scene, including roles at Bolt Coffee and Equal Exchange. Enis briefly ran the project as a personal roasting venture before relaunching in November 2022 with a drop release model, putting out one new coffee per month. The roastery now occupies the Cathedral Art Mill at 25 Manton Avenue in Olneyville, where a 1963 Probat UG22 and a 5 kilogram Typhoon from Czechia handle production. The focus is on dynamic, balanced, sessionable coffees, often featuring experimental processing methods like carbonic maceration.
