A single-origin Colombian coffee from Tablon de Gomez, a municipality in Nariño, harvested from approximately 200 small farms in the Aponte reserve area at 2100 meters altitude. Made from Caturra beans processed using the Honey (pulped natural) method. Light roast with a sweet profile, mild acidity, and light body. Tasting notes include cantaloupe, brown sugar, almonds, and cranberries.
