Aponte, Lys Espresso

This coffee comes from Tablon de Gomez, a municipality in Nariño, Colombia, sourced from approximately 200 small farms in the Aponte reserve area at 2100 meters altitude. The bean is the Caturra variety, processed using the Honey (Pulped Natural) method, where beans are depulped leaving a thin layer of fruit pulp intact before drying with constant turning to prevent over-fermentation. Light roasted, it offers a sweet profile with mild acidity and a light body, with flavor notes of cantaloupe, brown sugar, almonds, and cranberry.
